Antonio immediately forged partnerships with local farmers who provide him with the freshest produce – truly from their farms straight to your tables. Even though he has plenty of restaurant-managing business to attend to, he’s always around to greet his customers and you’ll likely find him cooking up a storm with a big smile on his face.

A true Italian chef, Antonio brings his years of Italian cooking experience from his uncle’s kitchen in Foggia (located in Northern Puglia) to your tables. With over 20 years of authentic Italian cooking experience under his belt, Antonio finally decided to open his own restaurant in January 2020.
